Amendment of Annex 7 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011

336.—(1) Annex 7 (Part-ORA) is amended as follows.

(2) In Subpart GEN—

(a) omit point ORA.GEN.105;

(b) in point ORA.GEN.115, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(c) in point ORA.GEN.120—

(i) in point (a), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) in point (b), in both places the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(d) in points ORA.GEN.130 and ORA.GEN.135, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(e) in point ORA.GEN.140—

(i) for “authorised by:” substitute “authorised by the CAA.”;

(ii) omit points (a) and (b);

(f) in point ORA.GEN.150, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(g) in point ORA.GEN.155—

(i) in point (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) omit the “and” after point (a);

(iii) omit point (b);

(h) in points ORA.GEN.160, ORA.GEN.200 and ORA.GEN.205, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In Subpart ATO—

(a) in points ORA.ATO.105 and ORA.ATO.135, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point ORA.ATO.150, in both places the words occur, for “one of the Member States” substitute “the United Kingdom”.

(4) In Subpart FSTD—
