Amendment of Annex 8 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011

337.—(1) Annex 8 (Part-DTO) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit point DTO.GEN.105.

(3) In points DTO.GEN.110 to DTO.GEN.150, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In point DTO.GEN.155—

(a) in point (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (b), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.

(5) In points DTO.GEN.230 and DTO.GEN.270, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
