Amendment of Article 6 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012

344.—(1) Article 6 (derogations) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 2, omit the words from “Any change” to the end.

(3) In paragraph 3, omit “Member States’”.

(4) Omit paragraph 4.

(5) In paragraph 4a—

(a) in point (b), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (c), for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.

(6) Omit paragraph 5.

(7) In paragraph 6, for the words from “by Member States” to the end substitute “by the CAA”.
