346.—(1) Article 8 (flight time limitations) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2, for “competent authorities” substitute “the CAA”.
(3) In paragraph 4—
(a)for “applicable national” substitute “existing”;
(b)for “implementing rules are adopted” substitute “regulations are made”.
