349.—(1) Article 10 (entry into force) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2, omit the words from “, except for Member States” to the end.
(3) In paragraph 3—
(a)for “except for Member States that have” substitute “unless the CAA has”;
(b)for “Those Member States” substitute “The CAA”.
(4) Omit paragraph 4.
(5) In paragraph 5—
(a)omit point (a);
(b)in point (b)—
(i)for “except for Member States that have” substitute “unless the CAA has”;
(ii)for “Those Member States” substitute “The CAA”.
(6) In paragraph 6—
(a)in point (a) for “competent authorities” substitute “CAA”;
