Amendment of Subpart GEN of Annex 2 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012

354.—(1) Subpart GEN is amended as follows.

(2) In point ARO.GEN.115, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In point ARO.GEN.120—

(a) in point (a), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;

(c) in point (d)—
