Amendment of Annex 4 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012

366.—(1) Annex 4 (Part-CAT) is amended as follows.

(2) In Subpart A (general requirements)—

(a) omit point CAT.GEN.100;

(b) in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In Subpart B (operating procedures), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In Subpart C (aircraft performance and operating limitations)—

(a) in Section 1, in Chapters 2 and 3, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in Section 2—

(i) in point CAT.POL.H.105(c)(3)(ii)(C), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
