Amendment of Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/340
380.—(1) Article 2 (compliance with requirements and procedures) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraphs 1 and 2, for “competent authority referred to in Article 6” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In paragraph 4—
(a)for “territory to which the Treaty applies” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(b)for “territory subject to the provisions of the Treaty” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(c)in point (b), for “competent authority referred to in Article 6” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In paragraph 5—
(a)in the first place the words occur, for “territory of the Member States” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(b)in point (b), for “competent authority referred to in Article 6” substitute “CAA”;
(c)in the second place the words occur, for “territory of the Member States” substitute “United Kingdom”.
