CHAPTER 7 U.K. Amendment of Commission Regulation on air traffic controllers

Amendment of Subpart A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/340 U.K.

389.—(1) Subpart A (general requirements) of Annex 1 (Part-ATCO) is amended as follows.

(2) In point ATCO.A.005—

(a) in point (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (b), for “competent authority which issued that licence”, substitute “CAA”;

(c) in point (c), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) Omit point ATCO.A.010.

(4) In point ATCO.A.015(d), for “competent authority as defined in that procedure” substitute “CAA”.

(5) In point ATCO.A.020—

(a) in points (a) and (b), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (c), for “competent authority which is issuing the air traffic controller licence” substitute “CAA”.
