Amendment of Article 7 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014

413.—(1) Article 7 (deviations from certification specifications) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1—

(a) for “Competent Authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In paragraphs 2 and 3, in each place the words occur, for “Competent Authority” substitute “CAA”.
