CHAPTER 8 Amendment of Commission Regulation on aerodromes

Amendment of Article 8 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014

414.—(1) Article 8 (safeguarding of aerodrome surroundings) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1, for “Member States” substitute “The Secretary of State”.

(3) In paragraph 2—

(a) in the first place the words occur, for “Member States” substitute “The Secretary of State”;

(b) in the second place the words occur, for “Member States” substitute “the CAA”.

(4) In paragraph 3—

(a) in the first place the words occur, for “Member States” substitute “The Secretary of State”;

(b) for the words from “national borders” to the end substitute “the national border with the Republic of Ireland”.
