Amendment of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 2018/1139

86.—(1) Article 4 (principles for measures under this Regulation) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1—

(a) for “the Commission, the Agency and the Member States” substitute “the Secretary of State and the CAA”;

(b) omit point (f);

(c) in point (h), for “Union and of the Member States” substitute “United Kingdom”.

(3) In paragraph 2, for “the Commission, the Agency and the Member States,” substitute “the Secretary of State and the CAA”.
