92.  In Article 12 (design of parts)—

(a) in the first paragraph, for “delegated acts” substitute “regulations”;

(b) in the second paragraph, for “the delegated acts” substitute “regulations”;

(c) in the third paragraph—

(i) for “the delegated act” substitute “regulations”;

(ii) for “the delegated acts” substitute “regulations”.
