93.  In Article 13 (design of non-installed equipment)—

(a) in the first and second paragraphs, for “the delegated acts” substitute “regulations”;

(b) in the third paragraph—

(i) for “the delegated act” substitute “regulations”;

(ii) for “the delegated acts” substitute “regulations”.
