96.—(1) Article 16 (personnel) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a)in the first subparagraph, for “the adoption of implementing acts referred to in” substitute “regulations made under”;
(b)in the second subparagraph—
(i)for “the implementing acts referred to in” substitute “regulations made under”;
(ii)omit “adopted”.
(3) In paragraphs 2 and 3, for “the implementing acts referred to in” substitute “regulations made under”.
