SCHEDULE 1 Amendment of the Air Navigation Order 2016

16.  In article 43 (aircraft weight schedule)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a), omit “EASA”;

(b) in paragraph (3)(a), in both places the words occur, omit “or EASA”.
