32.—(1) Article 136 (requirement for appropriate licence to act as member of flight crew of EASA aircraft registered in the United Kingdom) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, for “EASA” substitute “Part-21”.
(3) In paragraph (1)—
(a)in the first place the words occur, for “an EASA” substitute “a Part-21”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (a), omit “EASA”;
(c)in sub-paragraph (b)(i)(bb)—
(i)for “an EASA” substitute “a Part-21”;
(ii)in the second place it occurs, omit “EASA”.
(4) In paragraph (2)—
(a)for “an EASA” substitute “a Part-21”;
(b)in the second place it occurs, omit “EASA”.
(5) In paragraph (3), for “an EASA” substitute “a Part-21”.
