2. The following provisions of the Health and Care Act 2022(1) come into force on 1st October 2023—
(a)sections 109 to 135 (the HSSIB);
(b)section 169 (medical examiners), except subsection (5);
(c)Schedules 13 to 15 (the HSSIB; exceptions to the prohibition on disclosure of HSSIB material; consequential amendments relating to the HSSIB).
