305.—(1) Section 222 is amended as follows.E+W
(2) In subsection (2), for “Agency” substitute “ appropriate body ”.
(3) In subsection (8)—
(a)after “Agency's” insert “ or the NRBW's ”;
(b)after “Agency” insert “ or the NRBW ”.
(4) In subsection (9), in the appropriate place insert—
““the appropriate body” means—
(a)in relation to any act or omission of the Crown in England, the Agency;
(b)in relation to any act or omission of the Crown in Wales, the NRBW;”.
