343.—(1) Section 31 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (4)(a)(ii) and (b), for “Environment Agency” substitute “ appropriate agency ”.

(3) After subsection (5) insert—

“(6) In this section, “appropriate agency” means—

(a) in relation to England, the Environment Agency;

(b) in relation to Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales.”
