End-of-Life Vehicles (Producer Responsibility) Regulations 2005 E+W

201.—(1) Regulation 24(4) of the End-of-Life Vehicles (Producer Responsibility) Regulations 2005 M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In sub-paragraph (a), omit “and Wales”.

(3) After sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.
