266.—(1) Regulation 45(5) is amended as follows.E+W
(2) At the end of sub-paragraph (a), omit “or”.
(3) After sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)by the Natural Resources Body for Wales in respect of applications for approval made under regulation 41 to that appropriate authority; or”.
