391.  In article 5(2) of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (Commencement No 3 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2011 M1 , after “the Agency”, in each place where it occurs, insert “ in relation to English Committees or the Natural Resources Body for Wales in relation to Welsh Committees ”.
