Nothing in this Schedule affects the meaning of “region” given by section 333A(10) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999, section 101(1)(c) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000, section 31(2) of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 or section 8 of the Sustainable Communities Act 2007; or the meaning of “regional” given by section 76A(9) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
