Section 98 (index of defined expressions) of the Climate Change Act 2008 is amended as follows.

In the first column, after “ “the chair” (in Schedule 1)” insert “ “children” (in Schedule 6)” and at the corresponding place in the second column insert “paragraph 4B(2) of Schedule 6”.
