The Welsh Ministers must—
a
on or before 31 January 2013, and
b
at or before the end of each succeeding period of five years, or of such other length as may be specified in the children's scheme,
publish a report on how they and the First Minister have complied with the duty under section 1.

The Welsh Ministers must publish such other reports as may be required in pursuance of section 2(2)(a).

The Welsh Ministers must lay before the Assembly a copy of each report published under subsection (1) or (2).
