The School Standards and Framework Act 1998 is amended as follows.

In section 94(5C) (power to apply provisions about local authority allowances to admission appeal panels), after “1972” insert “ or (in relation to Wales) Part 8 of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011 ”.

In section 95(3B) (power to apply provisions about local authority allowances to admission appeal panels in case of pupils excluded from two or more schools), after “1972” insert “ or (in relation to Wales) Part 8 of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011 ”.
