In section 105 of the Pension Schemes Act (annual increase of guaranteed minimum pensions), in subsection (1) (increase in rate of that part of guaranteed minimum pension attributable to earnings factors for tax year 1988‐89 and subsequent tax years) for “the tax year 1988‐89 and subsequent tax years” substitute “the tax years in the relevant period as defined in that section”.
