Any offence under any of the following provisions of the Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 2008—

• Article 5 (rape);

• Article 6 (assault by penetration);

• Article 12 (rape of a child under 13);

• Article 13 (assault of a child under 13 by penetration).
