In section 2 for the definition of “sewer” substitute—

“sewer” has the same meaning as in the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006;

In section 25 for the words from “emptying into” to “to use” substitute “ connecting with any sewer, with which the owner or occupier has a right to have his drains communicate ”.

In section 27 for the words from “empty into some sewer” to “to use”, substitute “ connect with a sewer, with which the person constructing the drain has a right to have his drains communicate ”.
