In Article 13(3) (interpretation) for the words “A person does not provide a specimen of breath for a preliminary breath test or for analysis unless the specimen” substitute the words “ A person does not co-operate with a preliminary test or provide a specimen of breath for analysis unless his co-operation or the specimen ”.
