3.  The provisions referred to in Article 2 are—

(a) section 1 (Meaning of “disability” and “disabled person”);

(b) section 2 (Past disabilities);

(c) section 3(1) (Guidance);

(d) section 16(3) in so far as it relates to the definitions of “sub-lease” and “sub-tenancy”, and (5) in so far as it relates to paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 4 (Sub-leases etc.);

(e) section 28(3) (Provision of advice and assistance);

(f) section 59(4) (Statutory authority and national security);

(g) section 62(1), (2) and (7)(5) (Restriction of publicity: industrial tribunals);
