The Special Educational Needs and Disability (2005 Order) (Commencement No 1) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007

The Department of Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1 (2) of the Special Educational Needs and Disability (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(1):
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Special Educational Needs and Disability (2005 Order) (Commencement No 1) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007.
Amendment
2.—(1) The Special Educational Needs and Disability (2005 Order) (Commencement No 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005(2) shall be amended as provided by paragraph (2).
(2) In the Schedule for the entry “Articles 43 to 48 so far as relating to Chapters I and II of Part III” there shall be substituted the following entry—
“Articles 43 to 48 so far as relating to Chapters I and III of Part III”.
