Appointed day

2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act in relation to HSS premises is the 22nd June 2009—

(a) section 122; and

(b) paragraphs 1(4), 2(5) and 3(1) to (3) and (5) of Schedule 21.
