In Article 10—
a
in paragraph (2) omit sub-paragraph (a) and the words “or hovercraft” in sub-paragraph (b);
b
after paragraph (2) insert—
2A
Except as provided by Article 11, paragraph (1) does not apply to employment as a seafarer (within the meaning of that Article).
