Appointed day2
The appointed day for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Order is 2nd September 2013—
a
Article 8 (Rail vehicle: application of accessibility regulations);
b
paragraph 21(a) and (b) of Schedule 1 (minor and consequential amendments) and Article 19(1) in so far as it relates to those entries;
c
the entries in Schedule 2 (repeals) in respect of sections 46 (3), (4), (6), (8), (9) and (10) of the Act and Article 19(2) in so far as it relates to those entries.
