SCHEDULE 2 N.I. ADMISSION AGREEMENTS WITH ADMISSION BODIES

PART 1 N.I. Admission Bodies

8.  Where paragraph 7 of this Part of this Schedule applies— N.I.

(a) the Committee [F1 may] admit to the Scheme the eligible employees of the admission body specified by the body; and

(b) where it does so, the terms on which it does so are the admission agreement for the purposes of the Scheme.
