The Transfer Values (Disapplication) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 201030 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In regulation 1(2) (interpretation) in the definition of “the transfer value provisions” for “Chapter IV of Part IV (protection for early leavers)” substitute “Chapter 1 of Part 4ZA (transfers and contribution refunds)”.

In regulation 2(2) (disapplication of the transfer value provisions)—
a
in sub-paragraph (a) for “section 90(1)” substitute “section 90(2)”;
b
in sub-paragraph (b) for “pension credit benefit” substitute “pension credit rights”.
