Restriction on payment16
Where a certificate has been granted in respect of any proceedings to which this Order applies, a representative shall not receive or be a party to the making of any payment for work done in connection with those proceedings except such payments as may be made—
a
by the Department; or
b
in respect of any expenses or fees incurred in preparing, obtaining or considering any report, opinion or further evidence, whether provided by an expert witness or otherwise, where an application under the General Regulations for an authority to incur such expenses or fees has been refused by the Director.
