This Schedule applies to the determination of the remuneration payable to representatives for providing civil legal services in relation to inquests funded under Article 12A of the 2003 Order.

The Department shall determine the claim submitted under Article 8 in accordance with the rates set out in the relevant Table in Part 2 of this Schedule and pay the assessed remuneration to the F1representative .
