In paragraph 6(1)(c) of Schedule 2 (members of the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland) to the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 19789, after “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “or a debt relief order has been made in respect of him or he is the subject of a debt relief restrictions order”.
