Amendment of the Community Drivers’ Hours and Recording Equipment (Exemptions and Supplementary Provisions) Regulations12
In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the Community Drivers’ Hours and Recording Equipment (Exemptions and Supplementary Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 200922 after the definition of “the Community Recording Equipment Regulation” insert—
“the Department” means the Department for Infrastructure;
