Amendment of the Goods Vehicles (Qualifications of Operators) Regulations

15.  In regulation 1(3) (citation, commencement and interpretation) of the Goods Vehicles (Qualifications of Operators) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012(1) after the definition of “the 2010 Act” insert—

““the Department” means the Department for Infrastructure;”.
