Amendment of the Carriage of Goods (Prohibition of Discrimination) Regulations

3.  In regulation 2(1) of the Carriage of Goods (Prohibition of Discrimination) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1976(1) in the definition of “the Department” for “Department of the Environment” substitute “Department for Infrastructure”.
