Amendment of the Public Service Vehicles Regulations

5.  In regulation 3(1) (interpretation) of the Public Service Vehicles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985(1) after the definition of “the Construction and Use Regulations” insert—

““the Department” means the Department for Infrastructure;”.
