Amendment of the Road Transport (Working Time) Regulations

9.  In regulation 2(2) (interpretation) of the Road Transport (Working Time) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) after the definition of “the Community Drivers’ Hours Regulation” insert—

““the Department” means the Department for Infrastructure;”.
