Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(1), 22(1) and 22(2) of the Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 20051 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with sections 3(25)(a) and 22(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
