The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 33(2) and 98(3) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 20031 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf.
In accordance with section 98(5) of that Act, a draft of the Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
