Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 177 and 195 of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 20111 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with sections 177(4) and 197 of that Act, a draft of these Rules has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
