The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 and paragraph 1(1) and (3) of Part 1 of schedule 2 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (the Act)2.
